Introduction
While the industry races toward a $1.26 billion AI economy, students are left teaching themselves. Here is my UX blueprint for bridging the gap.
The “3 AM” Reality
Meet Thea. She is a 21-year-old fashion student at Thomas Jefferson University. She is talented, driven, and completely overwhelmed.
Like many students, Thea is facing a silent crisis. She is balancing creativity with the crushing logistics of traditional fashion studies: expensive materials, limited university support, and the pressure to master tools she has never been taught to use. She reads about AI in magazines and sees it in TED Talks, but when she steps into the classroom, the technology is nowhere to be found.
Thea isn’t just a persona I created; she represents a systemic failure I uncovered in my recent UX research.
